Mitchell Steel Inc. was founded in 1994. Maureen Mitchell, Founder and President, decided to take a chance on the reinforcing steel business and form a labor supply company of her own. Mitchell Steel Inc. is Certified as a (WBE) & (DBE) with the City of Chicago in the specialty of Steel Reinforcing. Working with Union Ironworkers, Maureen has solidified Mitchell Steel as a staple of the reinforcing steel installation business. Almost 30 years later, Mitchell Steel is still building.
